Kathy Schwerman,

Kathy has been a developmental therapist and Early Intervention evaluator for 18 years. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree at Northern Illinois University. She is married and has two beautiful daughters, 11 years old and 14 years old. Kathy was Military Police in the Army for 8 years. She served for 3 years in Germany, 1 year in California, and 1 year in the 101st Airborn Division, where she jumped out of helicopters and propelled down ropes, and 3 years in the Army Reserves.

She is a part of and leads Monkey Group at Pediatric Interactions. She stated that she enjoys helping children with early social skills and school readiness skills. As a developmental therapist, she enjoys treating in a natural environment, including parks, grocery stores, water parks, and more. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, wire art, jewelry making, theater, swimming, felting, and crocheting. Kathy was commissioned for her some of her wire art piece by a company in Georgia (WOW!).
